When I was 9 years old there was a court case and it was determined that I would receive lifetime benefits called PIP, Personal Injury Protection. and state farm was to take care of my case file. They were to pay for anything to do with the accident or accident related. including medicines, rehabs, hospitals, home care and a wide variety of things. I am now 20 years old. Doctors agreed that the medicine used to treat the bran injury has caused male ******* and have wrote many letters to the insurance company. As a result of the accident I took medicine for the brain injury that caused a deformity of the male ******* that all links back to the car accident.

The side-effects of the treatment aren’t a result of the car accident. If you had a claim for compensation on this, it would be a matter of Medical Negligence, essentially an entirely separate matter.

That said, I get the impression I’m jumping the gun since you haven’t actually asked a question (yet?), my apologies if that’s the case.

I’m familiar with PIP. It is usually a section on auto insurance and is normally limited. You need to re-read the docs to find out exactly what you have.
